Staying here was a delightful experience. The hotel facilities were great with very clean rooms. The location of this hotel in the city is perfect. It's within walking distance to many restaurants and cafes, and situated close to Xintiandi area where one can find various upscale shops. Additionally, transportation gave us easy access to explore the city without any hassle. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, adding to the overall enjoyable experience.
Nothing at all.

Small restaurants right by the venue. A right place for exploring Shanghai.

Over the New Year period, I had a pleasant stay in a cozy boutique hotel in a bustling part of town. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the decor was charming. The location was excellent too, as I was able to walk to many local attractions and enjoy the city's lively atmosphere. the hotel offered free Wi-Fi and a delicious breakfast.
The limited room service was a drawback, and the noise level from the street and hallway was sometimes disruptive. , the hotel restaurant was not a good experience and was overpriced.

I loved the old classic styles of furnitures and room. I thought it was really cute. The location is very convenient as well. Also, there is a nice restaurant and spa nearby. Walking distance to Xintiandi bar area.

Great staff ! Very friendly and helpful. The location is great: close to a main shopping area and a very trendy restaurants/bars area (Xintinadi). Walking distance to two metro stations. The hotel is small (something like 20 rooms. Inside the room was very quite.

Lovely ambiance and cozy rooms, perfect location for exploring the city. the staff was friendly and willing to help us with our requests, and their English was understandable. the fitness center was a plus after a long day of meetings and walking around.
The noise from the street woke me up in the early morning, and the shower in the bathroom was too low for my height. the breakfast was quite simple, and the Japanese restaurant was not impressive given the price.

The Location and restaurants around the area; the smallness of the hotel
The rooms are a bit musty; efforts shd be made to air it or use air freshener. We were disturbed very badly one night Aug 20 when renovations were started at 4am!!! and there was a lot of knocking and scrapping throughout. We lost quite a bit of sleep.

excellent location in tourist and center place of Shanghai. Decorated with vintage furniture and accessoiries, however lacks appropriate keep up... looks as if recently bought from decoration minded management, and now, just trying to keep it up ... however, very friendly staff and helpfull with sometimes difficulties in mastering basic English .

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The interior design had a classic European style which was both elegant and charming. The furniture in the rooms gave a real vintage feel, while the modern shower room provided a perfect balance between classic and modern aesthetics. Although we were woken up by loud noises from a nearby park in the morning, it didn't cause any major inconvenience. The breakfast offered at this venue was more than satisfactory, especially when compared to other options.

Decorated very well, and location was fantastic.
Horrible smell of sewer gas woke us up in the middle of the night several times. Also construction noise day and night. The staff has very limited English. We finally left to go to another hotel.

The hotel is conveniently positioned close to everything, surrounded by restaurants and next to Xintiandi area. There is a park nearby - perfect for a morning jog. Rooms are cozy with clean and new bathrooms. Service is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. the hotel restaurant offers great food, and the wine bar showcases some interesting wines.
The hotel is situated in the older part of town and may suffer from early-morning noise and/or plumbing issues, as reported by some guests.
